How It Started
In 1979, a six-year-old boy named Alex was obsessed with the band KISS. When their Dynasty Tour came to town, his dad surprised him with tickets to the concert. As the lights went down and the band exploded into view, the sensory overload of lights, pyrotechnics, and sound shocked him into diving under his seat.
Shock turned to awe when Alex realized that he had just experienced the ultimate reveal – the moment of amazement and wonder that ignites excitement, engages the imagination, and turns it into pure joy. Alex has sat on the edge of his seat at every concert, performance, and event ever since - waiting for the big reveal. His love of that moment has become the focal point of his professional life as the President and Creative Director of his aptly named company, Reveal Events Group.

Alex Bickers, President and Creative Director of Reveal Events Group, is an award-winning event producer and creative consultant. He is driven by creating the best experience for his clients, team, and ultimately, the audience.
In September 2020, he was named the MPI BC Chapter Event Planner of the Year. More recently, in April 2021, he was listed for the second time as one of the top 250 Canadian Event Professionals by BizBash, and the top 30 Canadian Event Producers and Designers.
In 2019, Alex was awarded the coveted title of Canadian Event Professional of the Year by The Canadian Event Industry Awards, which are the hallmark of achievement in the Canadian event and meeting industry.
Alex has also been a long-standing member of ILEA Vancouver and The MPI BC Chapter. Between 2015 and 2019, Alex served on the Board of ILEA Vancouver, notably completing two consecutive terms as Chapter President. During his tenure, he created the first-ever ILEA Vancouver scholarship program in support of emerging event professionals.
Alex is committed to making exceptional contributions to the event industry as a whole through his mentorship of students and his service to his community, team, and clients.

Meet the Team
VP of Sales & Operations
David is responsible for our overall business operations and sales. In his own words, he handles "all the boring back-office stuff" so the rest of the team can focus on creating phenomenal experiences for our clients. When he's not solving problems and driving business growth, he can be found in the kitchen, perfecting a new recipe.
Our Production Manager Emily ensures that every event is well executed and runs smoothly. With a range of experience from small indie projects to large-scale civic events, she brings exemplarily creative design, logistics, and lots of laughs to all our projects. Initially trained as a Stage Manager, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Production from Simon Fraser University.
Graham discovered his passion for events back in high school, and the rest is history. With over 20 years of experience, he has produced and consulted on various events, ranging from tradeshows to sporting events, weddings, to concerts. From Tradex to the LEC, he's worked for some of the best facilities in Western Canada, and his cheery, can-do attitude leads him to success everywhere he goes!
