
Immersive Corporate Event Production for BlueShore Financials' “Eras Tour” Celebration
Reveal Events Group designed and produced an immersive, Eras Tour–inspired employee celebration for BlueShore Financial, transforming a waterfront ballroom into a multi-era tribute to the company’s evolution and culture.
When BlueShore Financial set out to celebrate its team ahead of an upcoming merger, they wanted more than a dinner or dance—they wanted a moment. Reveal Events Group was brought in to conceive and produce a full-scale immersive experience that would reflect the company’s rich history, cultural values, and signature “financial spa” philosophy.
Held at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier in North Vancouver, the event welcomed 200 BlueShore team members for an evening inspired by Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. Over the course of three months, Reveal Events Group led the creative vision, event design, production, and guest experience planning—from concept development and vendor management to spatial design and technical execution. The result was a vibrant, era-themed journey through BlueShore’s past, present, and future—culminating in the beginning of a new chapter as the company transitions into its merger with Beem Credit Union.
The Experience
Guests arrived to find the ballroom completely transformed, wrapped in blue drapery and glowing in moody, spa-inspired lighting. The space was divided into four distinct eras representing key chapters in BlueShore’s evolution—beginning with its founding in 1941 and moving through periods of transformation and growth, ending with a future-forward vision of what’s to come under the Beem brand.
Each era featured a custom-designed photo area that reflected the style and tone of that time in history. Guests could pose in front of era-specific backdrops, enjoy themed props, and sample food and beverage offerings tailored to each era’s aesthetic. Earlier zones included modern ring light photo booths, while the final era featured a 360° video booth, symbolizing the leap into the future.
Beyond the eras themselves, the room was filled with activations inspired by BlueShore’s signature “financial spa” experience. Guests could unwind with chair massages, create personalized candles, and explore a custom aromatherapy blending station. As a thoughtful parting gift, each guest received a Beem-branded custom bath bomb—tying the wellness theme together with a tactile, take-home moment of appreciation.
The evening opened with heartfelt speeches from the CEOs of both BlueShore and Beem, followed by a prize draw featuring eight curated packages—including travel vouchers, gift cards, and premium home and wellness items.
Then, the energy shifted as the entertainment began—featuring a live performance by The Duo, with Miss Shauna and Dave Dombrowski, followed by an electrifying DJ set from Chloé Morgan, who kept the dancefloor buzzing into the night.
One of the most memorable moments of the evening came when BlueShore’s event lead danced into the middle of the crowd, spraying guests with a bubble gun, completely immersed in the energy and joy of the celebration.
The Impact
From the first brainstorm to the final dance track, Reveal Events Group brought full-service creative and production support to this milestone celebration. With over 200 employees in attendance, the event not only acknowledged the contributions of BlueShore’s team—it honored their legacy and marked their entry into a new chapter with Beem.
The event delivered on every level: immersive design, meaningful engagement, seamless logistics, and a tone of genuine appreciation. Guests walked away with keepsakes, connection, and a sense of pride—while the client walked away saying it was one of the most memorable moments in the company’s history.
